OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Short answer is, yes. However, our beef are not Grass - Finished. All of our animals have full access to grass and/or forage (hay) throughout their entire lifecycle, but all of our Beef is finished on an All Natural Grain diet of Corn, Soy Bean Meal, Distillers Grain, and a prepared mineral package to maintain health. We produce our own hay in effort to maintain quality and sustainability through managing soil health and nutrition.

We are an Angus-focused operation, but do have a couple Simmental and Limousin to help maintain a healthy bloodline and offer different carcass genetics.
